Basic bruschetta recipe



Medium sourdough or ciabatta (sliced)
Handful of cherry tomatoes
1 tbsp Chopped basil
1 Garlic clove crushed
1 Red Onion, finely chopped
Salt & Pepper

Preheat oven to 200 C

Brush both sides of the cut bread with your chosen infused Yallo cold pressed rapeseed oil and bake for 5 minutes each side until golden and crisp.
Meanwhile, roughly chop the cherry tomatoes and add 1 tablespoon of chopped basil, I crushed garlic (more if you like) and a finely chopped onion and season with salt and pepper to taste.
When the bread is ready spread each slice with the tomato mixture and drizzle with more of your chosen infused oil – return to the oven for 5-10 minutes to heat through.
