Easy to make Vegan and Gluten Free ginger cake

INGREDIENTS FOR CAKE

350g Gluten Free Plain flour
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon Bicarbonate of soda
1 teaspoon Baking Powder
1/2 – 1 teaspoon ground all spice
2-3 teaspoon ground ginger
pinch of salt
225g Soft Dark Brown Sugar
100ml Yallo Cold Pressed Rapeseed Oil
80g Treacle
225ml Water
1/2 jar stem ginger in syrup – grated or diced

METHOD FOR CAKE

Preheat oven to 180C or Gas mark 4

Line an 8 inch square baking tin
Place all the ingredients in a bowl and mix until a smooth batter
Bake for approximately 40 minutes or until a skewer comes out clean
